AustralianFootball.com Celebrating the history of the great Australian game
The Renegades commenced in 2014 when they got as far as the preliminary final of Division Five in the Victorian Women's Football League. A year later, competing in Division Four, they reached the grand final only to lose by 45 points to South Morang. When the women's game in Victoria underwent a comprehensive restructuring in 2017 Brunswick joined the Victorian Amateur Football Association where, competing in the Premier Division, they won 5 of 14 matches contested to finish in sixth place on the eight team premiership ladder. The following season saw them lining up in the newly formed Premier B Division and finishing seventh.
